摘要：介绍目前国内工程算量的现状，总结基于BIM的三维算量的原理及优势，阐述BIM的三维算量在高层住宅楼中的应用，证明通过BIM模型的应用，可以避免工程算量的二次建模，直接、快速、精确地得到工程项目的工程量。

Abstract：This paper introduces the present situation of calculating quantities in China，summarizes the principle and advantages of three-dimensional calculation based on BIM，expounds the application of three-dimensional calculation based on BIM in high-rise residential buildings，and proves that the application of BIM model can avoid the secondary modeling of engineering quantities calculation and get the engineering quantities directly，quickly and accurately.
