摘要：项目投资控制的关键工作之一是工程结算的审核工作。介绍工程竣工结算审核中常见的问题，阐述工程结算审核时应掌握的要领，以期为高效完成工程竣工结算提供借鉴。

Abstract：One of the important tasks of project investment control is the audit work of project settlement. This paper introduces the common problems in the completion settlement audit，and expounds the main points that should be grasped in settlement audit，in order to provide reference for efficient completion of project completion settlement.
