摘要：不少特色小镇建设涉及历史文化街区的保护、修缮和再利用问题，其实质是传承特色小镇蕴涵的文化传统以实现小镇价值的整体提升。以上海新天地和思南公馆两个历史文化街区改造项目为例，介绍特色小镇建设中关于历史文化街区的保护、修缮和再利用的方法以及历史文化与商业资本融合的具体途径，以供特色小镇建设者们参考借鉴。

Abstract：Many characteristic towns involve the protection，renovation and reuse of historical and cultural blocks. The essence of the construction is to upgrade the value of characteristic towns through the inheritance of the cultural traditions contained in the characteristic towns. Taking the renovation projects of two historic and cultural blocks Xintiandi and Sinan Mansion in Shanghai as examples，this paper introduces the protection，repair and reuse methods of historic and cultural blocks in the construction of small characteristic towns，and the concrete ways of the integration of historic culture and commercial capital，so as to provide reference for the construction of small characteristic towns.
