摘要：总结当前建筑设计行业发展新态势与转型升级策略。以广西为例，从企业规模分类出发，剖析广西建筑设计行业现状，指出广西建筑设计行业存在缺乏应对新态势有力措施、发展模式粗放落后、小微企业市场风险较高等问题。最后从大型企业和中小型企业两个层面提出相应的转型策略，为建筑设计企业转型提供参考。

Abstract：This paper summarizes the new situation faced by the development of architectural design industry and transformation strategy. Taking Guangxi as an example，analyzes the current situation of Guangxi architectural design industry from the perspective of enterprise scale classification，and points out some problems in Guangxi architectural design industry，such as lack of effective measures to cope with the new situation，extensive and backward development model，high market risk of small and micro enterprises. Finally，puts forward the corresponding transformation strategy from the two levels of large and small and medium enterprises.
