摘要：全过程工程咨询凭借自身集成化、专业化和多样化的优势，为工程咨询业提供了新的思路，目前我国在该方面还处于起步阶段。根据我国当前对全过程工程咨询的顶层设计和相关政策，阐述全过程工程咨询的特点和优势，分析应用案例的成熟经验，梳理推进过程中面临的相关问题，并提出实施建议，以期为我国全过程工程咨询的发展提供一定的参考。

Abstract：With the advantages of integration，specialization and diversification，whole process engineering consultation provides new ideas for engineering consultation，which is still in its infancy in China. According to the relevant top-level design and policies issued，this paper expounds its characteristics and advantages，analyzes the mature experience of application cases and sorts out the related problems in the process. Ultimately，puts forward some feasible implementation suggestions，in order to provide some references for the development of whole process engineering consultation in China.
