摘要：公共资源交易涉及范围广，交易平台建设起步较晚。分析公共资源交易存在信息化建设不全面、不均衡、共享不到位且与监管脱节等问题，阐述公共资源交易大数据概念、政策和目标，研究公共资源交易大数据平台的建设基础、建设架构和功能设计，以期让大数据更好地为公共资源交易服务。

Abstract：The transaction of public resources covers a wide range of areas，and the construction of the trading platform starts late. This paper analyzes the current problems of public resources transaction，including the lack of comprehensive information construction，imbalance，insufficient sharing and disconnection from supervision，and expounds the concept，policies and objectives of big data of public resources transaction，studies the construction foundation，construction framework and function design of public resources trading big data platform，in order to make big data provide better services for public resources transaction.
