摘要：针对海上风电投资成本高，施工难度大，施工周期长的突出问题，以某海上风电项目施工建设为依托，分析海上风电施工作业面的部署。从海上升压站基础及吊装、海底电缆铺设、海上风机吊装三方面，详细论述海上风电场的施工流程、技术要点及注意事项，并探讨海上风电施工难点及应对措施，为降低海上风电场的建设成本，保证建设质量，提供参考。

Abstract：In view of the outstanding problems of high investment costs of offshore wind power，difficult construction and long construction period，this paper analyzes the deployment of offshore wind power construction work surface based on the construction of an offshore wind power project. Then，discusses the construction process，technical points and precautions of offshore wind farms in detail from the aspects of offshore booster station foundation and hoisting，submarine cable laying and offshore wind turbine hoisting，and discusses the difficulties and countermeasures in offshore wind power construction，in order to provide references for reducing the construction costs and ensuring the construction quality of offshore wind farms.
