摘要：针对境外疏浚吹填项目，分析市场经营阶段可能面临的环境风险、管理风险、技术风险、合同风险四类风险，并借鉴以往成功经营经验，提出相应的风险应对建议，以期减少在项目中标后可能存在的隐患，为企业的发展保驾护航。

Abstract：According to overseas dredging & reclamation projects，the paper analyzes the potential risks from four aspects of environment，management，technology and contract in the market development stage. Referring to the successful business experiences，puts forward the relevant suggestions in order to reduce the potential risks after winning the bid，and escort the development of enterprises.
