[摘　要]　对国外常用的施工合同FIDIC、NEC与我国1999年版《建设工程施工合同（示范文本）》在价款条款方面进行比较研究，对于提高我国建设工程项目管理水平和我国建筑企业竞争力具有重要的现实意义，也对有关部门及行业协会修订和完善我国新的建设工程施工合同示范文本和配套政策，有一定的借鉴意义和参考价值。

Abstract: The paper compares the items concerning price among FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction, NEC Conditions of Contract for Construction and the Sample of PRC's Civil Engineering Contract for Construction. The basic contents and research achievements of the essay play an important role in increasing the management level of the construction projects and promoting the competitiveness of the construction enterprises in our country. Furthermore, it is a reference for the related department or association to perfect the sample of construction contract and the related policies.
