摘要：国际场站EPC项目具有设计要求高、采办难度大、施工复杂等特点。根据实际工程的实施过程，分析EPC项目中设计、采办和施工中的成本管理难点，并结合成本管理的难点，提出相应的成本管理措施，为国际场站EPC项目的成本管理提供参考。

Abstract：EPC project of international compressor station has the characteristics of high design requirements，difficult acquisition，complex construction and so on. According to the implementation process of the actual projects，this paper analyzes the cost management difficulties in design，procurement and construction of EPC projects. Based on the difficulties，proposes the measures for the cost management，in order to provide references for the cost management of EPC projects.
