基于BIM技术的EPC项目造价预控研究

摘要:随着工程总承包模式的兴起,如何系统地精细管理工程造价成为首要问题。基于此,提出EPC模式下的工程造价控制应以BIM技术限额设计优化方案为核心,预先解决施工冲突问题,降低设计变更费用;以BIM共享信息规划物资设备最佳采购周期、经济批量为目标,结合灰色原理整合数据、实时预测,控制采购成本;以BIM5D管理理念指导优化配置施工资源为途径,基于工人分级、工期压缩、灵活组织等视角协调规划资源,将EPC总承包管理与工程全寿命周期成本控制相结合,遵循动态造价预控原则,给出EPC总承包模式下造价控制措施,为工程造价管理提供理论支持。

Abstract:With the rise of EPC(Engineering,Procurement,Construction)projects,how to systematically manage the engineering cost is becoming the primary problem. Based on the EPC project management,this paper puts forward the measures for cost control:taking the optimized limit design scheme with BIM technology as the core,solves the construction conflict in advance,then reduces the cost of design alteration;taking planning the optimum period of material and equipment and economic purchasing with BIM sharing information as the goal,controls procurement cost by combining integrated data with the gray principle and real-time forecasting;taking the concept of BIM5D management to guide the optimization of the allocation of construction resources as a way,plans resources based on perspectives of workers grading,duration compression,flexible organization. Finally,gives the measurements under EPC management by combining EPC management with engineering cost control as well as following the principle of dynamic cost control,provides theoretical support for engineering cost management.
