摘要：从铁路项目自身特点入手，重点分析铁路分类、所处地形地势及专业工程类别对现场经费、临时工程、专业利润、运杂费、其他因素的影响，以及上述因素对经济效益的影响程度，查找其中的规律性特点，并从造价管理和项目管理提出解决建议，为后续项目建设提供参考。

Abstract：Starting with the characteristics of railway projects，this paper analyzes the influence of railway classification，terrain and professional engineering category on site funds，temporary projects，professional profits，transportation and miscellaneous fees，and other factors. Then，expounds the influence degree of these factors on the economic benefits，and finds the regularity characteristics，puts forward solutions from two aspects of cost management and project management，in order to provide references for the projects construction.
