摘要：设计企业开展工程总承包业务，已经成为一种趋势。分析设计企业总承包业务中造价管理开展现状，阐述设计企业工程总承包业务中造价控制管理的主要途径，即从造价预控、设计优化、合理选材等方面着手，以实现设计企业利益的最大化。

Abstract：It has become a trend for design enterprises to carry out general contracting business.This paper analyzes the present situation of cost management in general contracting business of design enterprises，and expounds the main ways of cost control management in general contracting business of design enterprises，such as cost pre-control，design optimization，rational selection of materials，etc.，in order to maximize the interests of design enterprises.
