摘要：评估BIM的实施情况是BIM用户关注的一项重要课题，而BIM成熟度模型是解决该问题的有效方法。通过阅读国内外相关文献，按开发的时间顺序总结国外九大BIM成熟度模型，并进行模型比较。基于九大成熟度模型在实际操作层面上优缺点，为BIM用户选择合适的BIM成熟度模型提供建议。此外，总结国内BIM成熟度模型研究的情况并提出发展建议。

Abstract：Evaluating the implementation of BIM is an important topic for BIM users，and the BIM maturity model is an effective method to solve this problem. Through reading relevant literature at home and abroad，this paper summarizes nine foreign BIM maturity models according to the time sequence of development，and compares the models. Based on the advantages and disadvantages of nine maturity models in the actual operation level，provides suggestions for BIM users to choose the appropriate BIM maturity model. In addition，summarizes the domestic BIM maturity model research and puts forward suggestions for development.
