摘要：在分析装配式建筑价格补偿系统特征的基础上，把装配式建筑价格补偿系统划分为技术研发、规划设计、生产、运输、施工安装、运营六个子系统，并应用系统动力学相关理论，构建装配式建筑价格补偿系统动力学模型。通过对因果关系图和流程图的分析，清晰地展现各因素之间的相互作用机理，建立装配式建筑价格补偿机制，为政府制定补偿政策提供依据。

Abstract：On the basis of analyzing the system characteristics of prefabricated building price compensation，this paper establishes 6 sub-system of technology research and development，planning and design，production，transportation，construction，installation and operation，establishes the system dynamics model of prefabricated building price compensation by applying system dynamics theory. Through the analysis of causality diagram and flow chart，clearly shows the interaction mechanism between the various factors，and establishes price compensation mechanism of prefabricated building，in order to provide reference for the government to make compensation policy.
