绿色基础设施合作建设中政府与企业演化博弈模型研究

摘要:绿色基础设施具有明显的经济、社会、生态效用,加快绿色基础设施建设具有重要的实践价值。引入声誉损失的概念,建立政府与企业合作建设绿色基础设施的演化博弈模型,求解模型的演化均衡策略。结果表明,通过考虑声誉损失,政府和企业都将更倾向于建设绿色基础设施,可以很好地破解“搭便车”困境。基于研究结果,提出绿色基础设施政府与企业合作建设的策略。关键词:绿色基础设施;演化博弈;公共产品;建设模式Abstract:Green infrastructure has obvious economic,social and ecological effects,and accelerating the construction of green infrastructure has important practical value. This paper establishes the evolutionary game model of green infrastructure cooperation construction between the governments and enterprises by introducing the concept of reputation loss,and solves the evolutionary equilibrium strategy of the model. The results show that the government and enterprises will be more inclined to build green infrastructure by considering reputation loss,which can solve the “free rider” dilemma.
