摘要：通过文献整理和分析，识别和筛选出新城产城融合发展的14项主要影响因素；采用ISM方法构建多级递阶的影响因素关系模型，在此基础上，通过MICMAC分析法确定影响因素的驱动力和依赖性。结果表明：制度环境是影响新城产城融合发展的最根本因素，而城市公共服务和生态环境是最直接因素。

Abstract：Through literature review and analysis，the paper identifies and screenes out 14 major influencing factors which affecting the development of the integration of production-city in new town. Then，builds multilevel hierarchical influencing factor relationship model with ISM，and determines the dependence and driving forces of each influencing factor through MICMAC analysis.The results show that the institutional environment is the most fundamental factor that affects the integration and development of production-city while urban public services and the ecological environment are the most direct factors.
