[摘　要]　工程保险实践中，一般采用保险公司的格式保单，其专业性很强，晦涩难懂，大多数投保人因缺乏相关的专业知识和投保经验，常在合同谈判、索赔处理中处于被动，利益受损。详细阐述了投保人需要注意的工程保险筹划、保险模式的选择、保险金额的确定、保险合同架构、保险合同的谈判与签约等关键问题。

Abstract: In engineering insurance practice, the form insurance policy of insurance company generally used, is very difficult to understand because its specialization is very strong. While lack the correlation specialized knowledge and the insurance experience, most applicants are often in the dock and lose benefit in contract negotiations and claim treating. The paper elaborated the key questions about engineering insurance planning, pattern choice, insured amount determination, contract construction, contract negotiations and signing which the policy holder needs to pay attention.
