摘要：探讨水利水电工程变更单价补充编制的原则及依据，并以湖北某水电工程为例，阐释水利水电工程变更单价的相关补充编制方法和要点，以期为其他类似工程变更提供借鉴。

Abstract：The paper discusses the principle and basis of the supplementary compilation of unit price after change in water resources and hydropower project. Then，takes a hydropower project in Hubei province as an example to describe the method and key points of the supplementary compilation of the relevant unit price after change，in order to provide reference for similar engineering changes.
