摘要：分析我国当前建筑垃圾资源化利用现状，阐述韩国建筑垃圾资源化的经验，包括法律法规、管理机构、实施规划、资质许可、管理措施。最后，从制定强制性的法律法规、推行完善的保障措施和实行全过程精细管理三个方面提出我国建筑垃圾资源化利用的相应对策。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the current situation of resource utilization of construction waste in China，expounds South Korea’s experience of resource uticization of construction waste，including laws and regulations，management institutions，implementation planning，qualification permits，management measures. Finally，proposes the corresponding countermeasures for resource utilization of construction waste in China from enforcing compulsory laws and regulations，implementing perfect safeguards and carrying out meticulous management in the whole process.
