摘要：界定建筑业产业技术创新战略联盟的概念，分析建筑业产业技术创新战略联盟的成员构成和组织模式，阐述建筑业产业技术创新战略联盟的系统结构。建筑业产业技术创新战略联盟的主体由建筑业企业、高等院校、科研机构和政府部门共同组成，外部环境包括政治环境、经济环境、社会文化环境、技术环境等。

Abstract：This paper defines the concept of the strategic alliance of technology innovation of construction industry，analyzes the member composition and organization model of construction industry technology innovation strategic alliance，elaborates the system structure of construction industry technology innovation strategic alliance. The subject of construction industry technology innovation strategic alliance consists of construction enterprises，universities，scientific research institutions and government departments，and the external environment of the alliance includes political environment，economic environment，social and cultural environment and technological environment.
