摘要：从建筑市场存在的低价竞标入手，分析低价竞标的含义及存在的问题，从市场角度阐述低价竞标现象将长期存在，并提出未来低价竞标的发展建议，强调低价模式本身没问题，而要关注信用体系建设等。

Abstract：From the low price tender in the construction market，this paper analyzes the meaning and problems of the low price tender phenomenon in detail. Then，expounds that the low price phenomenon will exist for a long time from the marketing perspective. Finally，provides suggestions for the development of the low price tender in future，which emphasize that the low price tender has no problem，should pay attention to the construction of credit system and so on.
