摘要：阐述区块链的本质及四大核心技术，探讨区块链技术及其应用给招标工作带来的启示与思考。结合招标行业特点及发展的瓶颈，提出“区块链+招标”的去中心化总体架构设想并构建初步模型，致力于实现交易信息开放和评标溯源追踪，解决招标行业信任危机。

Abstract：This paper explains the essence of the blockchain and its four core technologies，and explores the enlightenment and thinking of the blockchain technology and its application to the bidding work. Combined with the characteristics of the bidding industry and the bottleneck of development，proposes a decentralized overall architecture concept of “blockchain+bidding” and constructs a preliminary model，in order to realize the opening of transaction information and traceability of bid evaluation，and solve the trust crisis in the bidding industry.
