摘要：运用SWOT分析方法，分析我国城市轨道交通应用PPP模式的优势、劣势、机会、威胁四个方面的主要影响因素。在此基础上，采用模糊综合评判法、四半维平面坐标等数学方法进行定量分析，制定适合城市轨道交通PPP模式的发展战略，并根据相应的战略提出具体的策略和建议。

Abstract：This paper uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the main influencing factors，including the advantages，disadvantages，opportunities and threats in the application of PPP model to urban rail transit. Based on this，uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method，four half dimension plane coordinates and other mathematical methods to quantitatively analyze，makes the suitable development strategy for urban rail transit PPP model，and puts forward concrete strategies and suggestions.
