摘要：以房地产企业在选择供应商时指标权重设置为切入点，建立定性与定量相结合的熵权灰色关联模型，研究供应链运转环境下房地产企业选择供应商的核心环节。并通过实例进行验证，证明熵权模型具有效性，以期为房地产企业选择供应商提供参考。

Abstract：Taking the index weight setting of real estate enterprises in selecting suppliers as the breakthrough points，this paper establishes a qualitative and quantitative grey relational model of entropy weight and studies the core links of real estate enterprises selecting suppliers under the operating environment of the supply chain. Then，proves the validity of entropy weight model through examples，in order to provide references for real estate enterprises to choose suppliers.
