摘要：基于消费者视角，通过问卷调查，采用logistic模型和多元线性回归模型，研究消费者购买低碳建筑材料的支付意愿与支付动力。研究结果表明：影响城市居民低碳建筑材料支付意愿的因素中，影响程度由高到低依次是政府补贴、教育程度、保护环境和个人月收入。

Abstract：From the perspective of consumers，through questionnaire survey，this paper studies the willingness and motivation of consumers to pay for low carbon building materials by logistic model and multivariate linear regression model. The results show that among the factors that affect the willingness of urban residents to pay for low carbon building materials，the influence extent from high to low in order is government subsidy，education level，environmental protection and personal monthly income.
