摘要：基于国内外装配式建筑的发展，运用PEST-SWOT分析方法，分析在政治、经济、社会、技术等因素的影响下，我国装配式建筑在发展过程中所面临的优势、劣势、机会和风险，明确我国装配式建筑发展的战略定位，同时针对制约因素提出对策建议。

Abstract：Based on the development of assembly building at home and abroad，this paper uses PEST-SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages，disadvantages，opportunities and risks under the influence of political，economic，social and technological factors in China’s assembly building，clarifies the strategic positioning of China’s assembly building development，and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the constraints.
