摘要：近年来，棚户区改造在我国住房市场发挥了举足轻重的作用。棚改政策的初衷是改善棚户区困难人群的居住条件，基于此，梳理我国棚改货币化政策推出的背景，探讨棚改货币化政策的影响，并展望棚改货币政策的未来走向。

Abstract：In recent years，shantytown rebuilding has played an important role in China’s housing market. The original intention of shantytown rebuilding policy is to improve the living conditions of the families struggling in shantytowns. This paper combs the background of the monetary policy of shantytown rebuilding in China，discusses the influences of the monetary policy of shantytown rebuilding，and looks forward to the future trend of the monetary policy of shantytown rebuilding.
