摘要：分析大型复杂线型工程的标杆管理应用在对象选择范围、对象选择与创新、最终实现效果等方面与传统标杆管理的显著差异性。根据大型复杂线型工程的特点，对现有标杆管理在线型工程领域的应用进行概念拓展，把标准化概念引入到标杆管理概念中，构建标杆管理在线型工程领域应用的新模型。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the significant differences of application between benchmarking management under the large and complex linear engineering and the traditional benchmarking management，including object range determination，object selection and innovation，final realization effect and so on. Then，according to the characteristics of application，extends the concept of benchmarking management by introducing the concept of standardization，constructs a new model for the application of benchmarking management in the field of linear engineering projects.
