摘要：PC构件作为装配式建筑的主要组成单元，其生产质量、进度、成本对于推动装配式建筑发展起着重要作用。从PC构件生产阶段入手，剖析PC构件生产现状中存在的问题，分析BIM技术在PC构件生产过程中的可行性，探讨BIM技术在建立PC构件信息模型、构件模具设计、构件生产及吊装入库过程中的应用，以实现PC构件生产的可视化及信息化，有效提高构件的生产效率。

Abstract：As the main component of the prefabricated building，the production quality，schedule，and cost of PC components play an important role in promoting the development of prefabricated building. To start with the production stage of PC components，this paper analyzes the problems existing in the production status of PC components，analyzes the feasibility of BIM technology in the production process of PC components，and discusses the BIM technology in the establishment of PC component information model，component mould design，component production and application in the process of lifting storage，in order to realize the visualization and informatization of PC components production，effectively improve the production efficiency of components.
