[摘　要]　工程外包是施工企业弥补自身资源不足的一种重要手段，在施工企业中已是非常普遍的现象。如何对外包过程进行有效控制，是现代施工企业管理的一项重要课题。基于此，提出结合QEOMS体系要求，建立一套完善、切实可行的外包过程控制程序，并对该过程控制程序进行了较为详细的阐述。

Abstract: Engineering outsourcing is an important method of construction enterprises to make up their own lack of resources and is a very common phenomenon. How to control the process of outsourcing effectively is an important topic in modern construction enterprise management. Based on this, this paper puts forward a complete and practicable outsourcing control process which should be established combined with the requirements of QEOMS system, and then conducts a description in detail.
