摘要：建筑市场的国际化导致EPC模式的应用越来越广泛。分析EPC模式下总承包商在设计阶段成本控制存在的问题，包括设计方案的经济性不佳，设计优化的深度不够，设计人员的工作质量不高等，并针对性提出相应的成本控制对策。

Abstract：The internationalization of construction market leads to the application of EPC model more and more widely. This paper analyzes the problems of cost control in the design phase of the general contractor under the EPC model，including the poor economy of the design scheme，the lack of depth of design optimization，the poor quality of the design staff，and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to control the cost.
