浅谈核电工程总承包管理存在的问题

[摘 要] 核电工程总承包管理模式发挥了总承包企业专业化、规模化、集成化的优势,对复杂的系统的核电工程从设计、采购以及施工等全过程进行高效的总体协调管理。但是,在为业主提供投资合理、技术先进、管理良好等优质服务方面,还存在明显的不足。分析不足存在的深刻原因并提出有效的改进措施,为提高核电总承包管理的核心能力建设起到抛砖引玉的作用。[关键词] 核电项目;总承包;改进措施Abstract: Nuclear power project general contracting management model has the advantages of specialization, scaled production and integration, which conduct coordinative management for the nuclear power project from the entire processes including design, purchasing, construction,etc. However, for providing owners with investment-reasonable technical-advance, and management-well services, improvements are still in need.
