摘要：基于现场调研，总结三座城市的建筑废弃物资源化利用行业发展成功经验，构建建筑废弃物资源化利用行业发展影响因素体系，包括政府管理机构、政府管理模式、政策体系完善度、经济扶持、技术创新、生产标准、废弃物治理紧迫程度以及市场需求，以望为建筑废弃物资源化利用行业发展提供参考。

Abstract：This paper first summarizes the successful development experience of the construction waste recycling industry in the three cities based on the field research，and bulids the influencing factor system，including government management agency，government management mode，the perfection of policy system，the economic support，the technological innovation，the production standard，the urgency of waste management and the market demand，hopes to provide reference for the development of the construction waste recycling industry by other cities.
