摘要：从相关政策、技术进步、市场积累等方面分析我国EPC模式发展的环境，在此基础上从项目管理理念、参与方沟通、文档控制体系等角度对EPC发展提出几点建议，以期为EPC模式更大更快的发展提供参考。

Abstract：From the aspects of relevant policies，technological progress and market accumulation，this paper analyzes the development environment of EPC model in China. On this basis，puts forward some suggestions on the development of EPC from the viewpoint of project management concept，participant communication and document control system，in order to provide reference for the greater and faster development of EPC model.
