[摘　要]　从国际工程项目生命周期、国际工程项目管理知识体系、国际工程项目复杂程度、国际工程项目跨文化管理四个维度，构建了符合国际工程项目管理特点的项目管理成熟度模型，强调了跨文化管理能力在国际工程项目管理中的重要性。

Abstract: From the four dimension of lifecycle, knowledge hierarchy, complexity and cross-cultural management of international projects, the paper constructed project management maturity model according to international project management characteristics, and emphasized the importance of cross-culture management ability.
