摘要：按照“小城市建筑拆除影响因素提取—影响因素作用机理预期—实证分析”的思路，以四川岳池县老城区为例，基于Logistic模型分析小城市建筑物拆除影响因素的作用机理。研究表明，小城市建筑物拆除是内部特征、位置特征、邻里特征和权属特征共同作用的结果。其中，与城市更新费效比相关的因素对建筑物拆除的影响较为显著，而区位条件和经济价值相关的因素影响并不明显。

Abstract：Based on the idea of “the extraction of the factors affecting the building demolition of small cities - the expected mechanism of influencing factors-the empirical analysis” and takes Yuechi in Sichuan as an example，this paper analyzes the mechanism of factors affecting the building demolition in the small cities by using the Logistic model. Results show that building demolition is the result of internal characteristics，location characteristics，neighborhood characteristics and ownership characteristics. And the factors related to urban renewal cost-effectiveness are more significant，while the factors related to location and economic value are not obvious.
