摘要：从大气能见度、生态和气候、周边已有建筑物和交通工具三个方面分析建筑施工扬尘污染对环境的损害，并综合运用条件价值评估法、直接市场法和简单估算法建立施工扬尘污染对环境损害的经济损失计算模型。以南京市某在建工程土方施工阶段为例，利用该模型评估施工扬尘污染对环境损害的经济损失，验证模型的可行性和合理性，为合理管控建筑施工扬尘、制定相关管理政策提供参考。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the damage of construction dust pollution to the environment from three perspectives，naming visibility in the city，ecology and climate，surrounding existing buildings and vehicles respectively. Then，establishes a calculation model on the economic loss of environmental pollution from construction dust based on the comprehensive application of the contingent valuation method，the direct market method and the simple estimation method. Taking an earthwork project under construction in Nanjing as a case，evaluates the economic loss caused by construction dust pollution on the environmental to validate the rationality and feasibility of the model，provides reference for reasonably control construction dust and make relevant management policies.
