智慧建造采纳意愿影响因素研究

摘要:以智慧建造采纳意愿为研究对象,选取对建筑业智慧化了解程度和规范制定、激励政策等14个智慧建造采纳意愿影响因素,设计问卷并对相关群体进行调研。基于获得的数据,运用因子分析和二元Logistic模型,分析智慧建造的采纳意愿,探讨其主要影响因素。结果表明,意识转变因子对智慧建造采纳意愿的影响最大,技术应用因子次之。

Abstract:Taking the willingness to adopt the smart construction as the research object,the paper selects 14 factors that influence the willingness to adopt smart construction,such as the degree of understanding of construction industry,and standard establishment,incentive policy and so on. Then,designs questionnaires to investigate relevant groups. Based on the data obtained,analyzes the willingness to adopt smart construction using factor analysis and binary logistic model and explores the main influencing factors of its adoption intention. The result shows that the ideological transformation factor has the greatest impact on the willingness to adopt smart construction,followed by the technology application factor.
