摘要：基于安全氛围理论，通过构建安全氛围过程模型，分析隧道工程安全氛围的形成过程和动态发展。结果表明，隧道工程安全氛围的形成过程和动态发展经历了安全感知→个体安全行为→群体安全行为→安全氛围→次期安全感知→次期个体安全行为→次期群体安全行为→次期安全氛围等阶段，循环往复，不断变化发展。基于分析结果，提出隧道工程安全氛围提升的策略与方法。

Abstract：Based on safety climate theory，this paper analyzes the formation process and dynamic development of safety climate in tunnel construction by building process model of safety climate. The results show that the formation process and dynamic development of safety climate experience the stages of safety perception→individual safety behavior→group safety behavior→safety climate→secondary safety perception→secondary safety behavior→secondary group safety behavior→secondary safety climate，reciprocating and evolving. Based on the analysis results，puts forward the strategies and methods for improving the safety climate of tunnel construction.
