摘要：为解决潜在风险对医院建设项目质量的制约，采用质量链管理理论对医院项目质量管理进行优化。以SJ医院项目为例，系统分析在代建制模式下政府投资医院建设项目的质量管理风险，然后结合质量链耦合过程分析得出医院建设项目的质量链，最后提出质量协同管理的优化措施，供类似项目借鉴。

Abstract：To solve the restriction of the potential risk and limitation of the hospital construction project，this paper optimizes the quality management of hospital project based on the quality chain management theory. Taking SJ hospital project as an example，systematically analyzes the quality management risk of the government investment hospital construction project under agent construction mode，gets the quality chain of hospital construction project through the analysis of quality chain coupling process. Finally，gives the optimization measures of quality coordination management for the similar projects.
