摘要：阐述研究棚改项目成本管理的意义，然后分析棚改项目成本管理存在的问题，包括缺乏细致的成本分析、人员专业性亟待提升、成本体系不完善等，最后就棚改项目的成本管理提出各实施阶段切实可行的管理方案，强调棚改项目要加强动态经济效益分析，为同类项目提供可借鉴的思路。

Abstract：This paper expounds the significance of studying the cost management of shanty town reconstruction project，then analyzes the problems existing in the cost management of shanty town reconstrction project，including the lack of detailed cost analysis，the urgent need to upgrade the professionalism of personnel，the imperfection of cost system and so on. Finally，puts forward feasible management plans for the cost management of shanty town reconstruction project at various stages，and emphasizes the dynamic economic benefit analysis of shanty town reconstruction project，in order to provide reference for similar projects.
