摘要：以坦桑尼亚FD项目为例，分析工程量增加、施工用地交付延迟、箱涵图纸晚批等索赔起因，归纳索赔依据并计算索赔工期和款项。然后总结海外道路工程项目索赔的要点，供我国建筑业承包商参考。

Abstract：Taking FD project in Tanzania as an example，this paper analyzes the causes of claim，including the increment of engineering quantities，late delivery of construction land，and delayed approval of box culvert working drawings，summarizes the claim basis，calculates time of extension and prolongation costs.Then，sums up the main points of the claim of overseas road project，which can provide reference for contractors of China.
