摘要：将BIM应用于安全管理中可以改善传统施工进度管理的许多现有问题。建立BIM应用于工程项目进度管理的基本体系框架和具体流程；分析进度管理引入BIM后的过程，进行工程分解、进度计划编制、实际进度跟踪记录、进度分析及纠偏工作等，可以帮助建筑企业寻找项目进度管理的新思路。

Abstract：Applying BIM technology to safety management can improve many existing problems in traditional construction schedule management. This paper establishes the basic system framework and specific processes for the schedule management of BIM technology applying in engineering projects. Then，analyzes the process of schedule management after introducing BIM technology，and carries out engineering decomposition，schedule planning formation，actual progress schedule track record，schedule analysis and rectify deviation and so on，which can help construction enterprises to find new ideas of project schedule management.
