摘要：根据高速公路PPP项目的融资现状，对其项目的融资特点、风险和股本结构进行分析，得出当前高速公路PPP项目融资面临的难题，分别为多方参与的合同谈判难以控制、项目自身存在复杂多变的风险、项目资本金筹集的严格要求，并从融资主体、合同谈判、风险分担三个方面提出相应的解决方法，以实现我国高速公路PPP项目融资健康发展达到理想模式。

Abstract：According to the financing status of expressway PPP projects，this paper analyzes the financing characteristics，risks and capital structure of PPP projects，finds many difficulties of the current expressway PPP project financing，including the difficulty to control the multi participation contract negotiation，the complex and changeable risk of the project itself and the strict requirement of the project capital collection. Then，puts forward the corresponding solutions from three aspects of financing subject，contract negotiation and risk sharing，hopes to help the China’s expressway PPP project financing develop healthily and achieve the ideal model.
