[摘　要]　以深圳市福田区为例，分析了政府投资项目管理方式，如管理、服务和监督机制，针对现状和存在的问题，提出增强部门间协调、加大前期工作力度、推动政府投资项目代建制管理模式、开展经济社会效益评价、加强绩效审计监督和考核工作的力度以及完善中小企业的信用管理机制。

Abstract: Taking Futian district for example, analyzed the management modes of government investment projects, such as management, service and supervision mechanism. Aiming at the present situation and problems, it put forward strengthening coordination between departments, increasing working force in prophase, promoting agent-construction system mode of government investment projects, going ahead economic and social benefit evaluation, improving performance audit and appraisal work, and perfecting the credit management mechanism of middle and small enterprises.
