摘要：分析当前地下综合管廊投融资建设现状，探讨综合管廊投资建设实践中遇到融资模式、收费和确权等问题，提出完善地下综合管廊投融资模式，合理制定管理收费标准，加强管廊收益量化研究，逐步推进管廊确权等对策，从而构筑多元化可持续的地下综合管廊投融资格局。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the current situation of the investment and financing of underground pipe gallery construction. Then，discusses the financing mode，charge and the right of confirmation in the practice of the investment and financing of pipe gallery. Finally，proposes to improve the investment and financing model of underground pipe gallery，rationally formulate management charge standards，strengthen the quantitative research on the revenue of the corridor，and gradually promote the right of the gallery，so as to build a pluralistic and sustainable underground pipe gallery investment and melting qualification bureau.
