摘要：简要阐述小型核电站在总平面布置、竖向布置等方面的布置原则和需要重点关注的因素，分析在目前尚无完善规程规范的情况下，与大型核电站在厂区总平面布置方面的差异，为降低建设成本和生产运营成本提出布置方面的思路。

Abstract：This paper briefly expounds the layout principles of the small nuclear power stations in the general layout and vertical arrangement and the factors needing attention，and analyzes the differences in the general layout by camparing with the large nuclear power stations under the condition of no perfect rules and regulations at present，puts forward the thought of arrangement to reduce the construction costs and the production and operation costs.
