[摘　要]　在工程领域中引入了交易费用的概念，界定了业主管理水平的概念，提出对于同一项目产生最小总费用的模式即为最优模式，通过研究不同项目管理模式下总费用与业主管理水平间的函数关系，来判别总费用随业主管理水平的变化趋势，并以此来判定项目适用的项目管理模式，最终给出了模式选择的结论。

Abstract: This paper introduces the concept of transaction expense in the engineering filed, defines the management level of owners, puts forward the idea that for the same project the mode which brings out the smallest total cost is the best mode. By studying the function relationship between the total cost and the management level of owners among different project management modes, it judges the the trends of total cost in line with the management level of owners, in order to choose the applicable project management mode, and the relevant conclusions of mode selection are given in the last.
