摘要：简要介绍世行设备采购合同条件及FIDIC“生产设备和设计－施工合同条件”（1999年第一版，黄皮书），并对两个合同的异同进行总体性说明。然后，从应用范围、合同架构、变更流程、价格和支付等10个方面对比两个合同文本，为合同管理人员在选择合同版本或修改合同过程中提供参考。

Abstract：This paper briefly introduces the contract conditions of World Bank Plant Procurement and FIDIC “Plant and Design-Build”（First Edition 1999，Yellow Book），and summaries the similarities and differences between the two contracts. Then，compares the two contracts from 10 aspects，such as application area，contract frame，variation procedure，price and payment，etc，in order to provide references for the contract managers in selecting contract versions or modifying contracts.
